When we returned to room following concert, we found the toilet leaking. This was noticed by the sound of water flowing upon flushing and the 1/2 inch water buildup beneath the toilet tank. Reported immediately to the front desk. They sent a young woman to investigate. She mopped the floor with towels and the front desk assured me that they would keep the floor dry through the night. They said they could provide another room if I wanted to move. Considering that we'd be using the toilet a few times through the night and morning, we opted to move. This was all at approximately 12 midnight. Second room was fine but on a noisy corner. Asked for an adjustment to our bill at checkout and was told that we had received a discounted rate on booking and that the hotel could do nothing as they hadn't yet been paid. All in all, a bad experience with no adjustment at all for the inconvenience of having to move everything to a new room at midnight.

Disliked: Toilets way too low! Rust stains on outside of bathtub. I had to use the lobby restroom to get a higher toilet and pulled a muscle trying to hang on to the sink to get off toilet in our room. Beds were too soft. Would not stay here again.

Liked: Nice property. Clean and comfortable rooms, and very nice breakfast. We went on a crowded weekend with lots of families with young children, us included. We saw about 5 babies on our floor and heard nothing from inside our rooms.
Disliked: Crowded breakfast, ran out of some items and no where to sit. Not close to the beach.
