Not comfortable with their attitude...

Liked: The location is OK, transportation is convenient.
Disliked: 1. There was no room cleaning. I didn’t hang any tag outside of the door, but they didn’t do the room cleaning for 2 days!2. Since the second day I stayed there, the hotel was under repairing operation, the main gate was closed. It was not convenient, but they remained the same rate as before, which is not friendly to the customers.3. The service is averaged, there was no smile in their faces.

Nice beds and breakfast

Liked: Beds were very comfortable as far as firm enough but cozy soft too. Nice hot breakfast with a cool pancake machine.
Disliked: Out of 4 rooms my family had none of us could figure out the shower. Please put a card in the bathroom explaining for others.. Been to many hotels never had shower like this. After giving up and my husband got back he figured out to pull down on water spout but too late we had to go.

Clean accommodations , great location...

Liked: The location was perfect for our needs, close to good restaurants.
Disliked: The noise from other guests was more than noticeable.

Liked: The staff was helpful and friendly.

Nice place to stay in...

Liked: The room I was given was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was well provisioned and it may sound strange, but the bath towels were some of the softest and fluffiest towels that I've come across in all my years of travelling and staying extended periods at hotels.
Disliked: The channel selection available on the TV in my room was very limited and I couldn't access Netflix or any other streaming service to provide more viewing options.

Liked: The gentleman working the front desk when we first arrived, was very kind and very helpful. The housekeeping staff was also very nice and did a great job. The breakfast was really good!
