Check in was frustrating because my reservation was not in their system by name but eventually found by the credit card I used. The negatives outweigh the positives, but I will say they were addressed immediately.

Liked: Free breakfast; free wifi; across the street from a barbecue restaurant, within walking distance to boutiques.
Disliked: Tub filled with water when showering; telephone had no dial tone; toilet had dry urine on the seat; bed sheets and blanket were not changed based on the amount of hair and blood stain.

Disliked: There was a flyer posted by the elevator saying the hotel was closing permanently the next day… the staff didn’t know before then.

Disliked: The first night we had to walk up 8 flights of stairs due to the elevator being out of service. Other than that this was an EXCELLENT place to stay.

Disliked: The hotel is very nasty. We arrive and the elevator doesn’t work and have to carry on the luggage seven floors.One day before we leave the hotel closed until further notice and we have to move alone.

Disliked: Room too small bed quality is to low always missing towels furnitures in the room are too big, breakfast is low quality
