Liked: The manager, JoJo, was excellent, one of the best I came across in a while. He made my stay enjoyable .

I had issues getting towels...

Liked: The area it was peaceful and quiet
Disliked: The way they treated their staff is so horrible they need to do better !!!

Great place to stay

Liked: Very pleasant stay. Exceptionaly clean rooms rooms and facilities. Good breakfast. Close to Main st.

Liked: I love the fact that Jojo was very helpful the first time I met him at the complimentary breakfast room. My 3 kids love him because he treated them so well. I requested for a late check out because I was a reward member and even though I booked my reservation through a third party, I was happy that Wellah, a Customer Care rep in coordination with Jojo accommodated my need. Also, the lady at the breakfast, Asma, was outstanding. She was checking up on us and helping guests whenever they needed help.
Disliked: I didn't like the fact that my telephone wasn't working. Also, my coffeemaker didn't work either. It wasn't a big deal for me because I actually didn't need them.
