Liked: Bad hood. Awful room. No client services that cared. Security beefing hard.
Disliked: Won't stay here again

Disliked: We booked this hotel specifically because it had a pool for my kids. We took the kids out to swim and people were smoking weed in the pool, and passing it around. We had to bring the kids in. Won't stay there again. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Liked: Location was great-easy walk to old town..nice big room with king bed and balcony...very nice pool area
Disliked: Ok you sign your name acknowledging it's a smoke free hotel but management doesn't stop a guest smoking a blunt.also no lifeguard shouldn't mean that a family can takeover the pool area.loud rude and smoking a blunt..our whole room by pool stunk of Mariju

Disliked: The free breakfast was crowded and we could use more bacon. The rooms on the Westside which face Scottsdale rd were extra noisy because of the delivers to Lolo's chicken. One night delivery 2am-4am no sleep. Manager didn't seem to care or offer a solu

Liked: Staff was super friendly. Hot breakfast was very good.
Disliked: Hotel is in desperate need of an update, which is slated for 2025. Sofa and chair cushions in our suite were uncomfortable but bed was good. Elevator had issues on several days during our 6 day stay. We were also charged for parking
