Liked: Beautiful location, manager was very nice as well
Disliked: The fact that they gave us a handicapped room ,where not handicapped, we couldn't use the shwr because of the equipment in it.The tv didn't work when we arrived, had too get another remote the drain in the bathroom on the floor is disgusting it was so clooged w hair theater wouldn't even flow ,good thing we didn't shwr together, it would of flowed out too the hallway, and also all you heard all nite was people in an out the door kept on slamming, we never wanted that room I stayed there before an always was upstairs an had a beautiful room and part of the bed was hanging off the bottom left side ,first thing we saw going into the room

Liked: Right away, I was greeted by a very friendly hotel staff member that helped check us in.
Disliked: We were on floor 4 and the whole floor smelled of marijuana. Most likely from a guest staying there. It was a very strong smell once getting off the elevator and walking the hallway. Thankfully our room did not have that odor.

Disliked: Pool chlorine to high causing itchy rashes was told we could have a late check out only to be called and told us they couldn’t extend our stay blatten disregard to children with handicap and autism sensory needs smell to room causing my son not to be able to breathe good

Liked: Clean and very well stocked the pool was nice
Disliked: I didn’t like that there was guests there that were disorderly and loud to the point where cops should’ve been called as it was getting violent and the staff did nothing about it they watched and let it continue ..was horrible they should’ve been asked to leave, children stay there! also I didn’t like that house keeping could go in your room before you check out they shouldn’t be allowed in your rooms until you are checked out if a guest needs something they can ask for more at desk ..also maybe invest in punch code safes for guests to put valuables in when not in room if house keeping is going to continue to go in before check out
