A solid 3.5 hotel. Spacious...

Liked: The rooms were spacious, the hot water was always on which was amazing. I liked how breakfast had a lot of options, and that the bar/restaurant always had a special going on. The pool was relaxing and always kept clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Booking didn't allow us to put that we were bringing animals, so the rooms weren't ready when we arrived and we didn't get the rooms we originally requested. A King and two double beds. Instead we got two Kings and a pull out couch. The rooms were dirty. A little too dirty for our liking, the next day of our stay we went and bought cleaning supplies and cleaned the room ourselves. Just because the hotel doesn't offer housekeeping daily, instead every three days you are there for they will come in and clean. The fitness center was filled with tissues on the ground and was overall a mess with broken tvs that didn't work. The tissue holder fell out the moment we got in the room. The toilet was leaking. And the walls of this hotel is VERY thin. We didn't leave our dogs behind in the room often, but the few moments we did to go run to the vending machine or to our cars you could hear them barking through the whole hall. It was very embarrassing, not only that you could also hear conversations while passing the hall. The location of this hotel is off of a really busy road, it's a little overwhelming to get out since there are so many cars passing by. And two hotels right next to it doesn't help either. This is a pet friendly hotel but there wasn't much space for the dogs to to the bathroom. You have a strip of dead grass in the very back of the hotel along the fence. That hill, is also covered in ant hills, droppings and cigarettes butts. The same could be said to the little picnic area they have. You can defiantly tell no one pays attention to this area as much as they do to the front and inside the hotel.

Not bad, but not great.

Liked: Breakfast was really good. The room was clean. The hotel was quiet. It's an older hotel so it's dated. But they are dog friendly, which is why we stay there.
Disliked: AC unit was really noisy because of its age. The decor has been redone several times, so it's really showing its age.
