Disliked: No complimentary breakfast, no microwave, horrible water pressure in the shower. Crappy TV choices. Not worth the $--

i would love to stay...

Liked: Breakfast was good, service was great and family friendly atmosphere in general and was happy with the location.
Disliked: Nothing much i can think of.

Liked: Your house keeping walked in on us during sex. We let the front desk know, and need management to call me.I cant tell you how upset my wife is.

Rooms needs to be improved.

Liked: The location is nice because it’s right off the freeway and it’s a big hotel.
Disliked: The bed and pillows were VERY uncomfortable. The room is smaller than what is pictured in their website. The sink kept making a loud noise. The AC didn’t work because it kept turning off so the room would get stuffy. The water pressure in the shower was really low.

Liked: Every single person with whom I encountered was incredibly friendly and accommodating. A special shout out to William at the front desk and Marcos at the bar/restaurant. William overheard me say to my husband that I needed something in my stomach, so I could take my meds. The restaurant had just closed from lunch, but William took me back into the restaurant and told me I could have whatever I needed. How incredibly KIND!
