Disliked: check in is to late and check out time is to early.

Liked: I like holiday inn vacation resorts. My Dad is an owner at Orange Lake and I have gone there for years. I figured the property and culture would be the same in Myrtle Beach.
Disliked: I don’t like to listen to round the clock helicopters and airplane’s taking off and landing. We are a middle aged couple that likes to golf and then enjoy the weather at night on the balcony. It was so loud that all we could do is laugh because we couldn’t hear each other talk. Also, if you aren’t an owner but rather just a renter, the treatment from the staff is different. They aren’t as welcoming. Second time the couldn’t find my reservation. With technology, this shouldn’t be an issue.

Liked: Location is good, close to Beach, airport and market commons.
Disliked: No extras, just room bed is small and uncomfortable. Room service was none.Front desk service is at Best fair. Don't waste your time with the vacation marketing.

Enjoyed time with family

Liked: Always a very nice place to stay and perfect with the joining rooms
Disliked: Could have been cleaner We had broken glass on kitchen floor and I cut my foot. Had a baby crawling all around before we knew glass was there.Hair in bath tub and cheetoes under the couch.

Nice stay, but way too...

Liked: A lot of amenities, multiple pools, nice big room
Disliked: Poor food options, one of the reasons we wanted to stay here was sauna, but it wasn’t working, and even staff members weren’t aware of that, misleading us when we asked
