Nice place but don’t think...

Liked: The villa was nice but there was a family with 5 kids above us. So it was very noisy
Disliked: The restaurant was not very good. And there was only 1 fire pit for the whole facility. The pool was a bit of a mess and a lot of children running around unsupervised.

Liked: The staff was nice and very accommodating. We were able to book a private movie night for our family with popcorn included.
Disliked: No phone reception. Their wifi was unsecured and very spotty. Wifi didn't work throughout the property. You have to drive to the Indoor pool. You have to walk or drive to amenities such as theater, arcade or billard room.

Liked: front desk staff were especially helpful. My friend used the pool and liked it a great deal, but there was no reason to open it at 9, that seemed a bit late to us. He would have liked to swim much earlier, and since there is no staff at the pool there seems no reason not to open it earlier.
Disliked: The food at Maple Kitchen was not great. Prime Rib and ham meals were mediocre at best. there was one small tomato slice on the BLT. But the staff were pleasant.In the room the light over the sink was pathetic. It was dim, like a night light, and of no use for putting on makeup or shaving. The fixtures looked rusty/dirty. The electric heater in the master bedroom was incredibly loud and woke us both up multiple times. The blanket on the bed was not quite big enough to cover my shoulders so I was a bit chilly.

Liked: Everyone was very friendly, a great restaurant, my son loved the arcade and swimming pool and we went for a hike and walk around the facility was amazing not enough snow so I did not go tubing but it is okay still was relaxing and loved it

Liked: Most complete set of dumbbells and kettlebells of any hotel I have stayed! Excellent!
