Nice accommodation. Stay was very nice. Good, clean rooms.

Liked: Staff at front desk was extremely friendly
Disliked: Restaurant staff was not friendly at all, food was ok. Hotel rooms were so dark which I think is a way to hide how gross they are.

Liked: The room was clean and quiet; and the lobby was outstanding.
Disliked: My breakfast experience went poorly as we had to wait 15 minutes to be seated and then another 20 minutes to be served. Could this sitdown method be changed to a buffet style one? That will be more cost and time effective for guests.

Disliked: I stayed at hotel 01-03 August 2025 in room numbered 204. according to hotel website, there is free shuttle from airport to hotel. When I arrived to cincinnati airport, I call the numbers of shuttle and hotel, nobody answered..In addition I sended mail, they turned one day latter. they claimed their phone was out of order. ıt is not convincing. free shutle is deceive !!I demanded a quite room however staff gave me room numbered 204 that is not open the window and so noisy due to aircondition in outside. facility is old. never stay again!

Liked: Check in was quick and easy. Everything was explained in detail.. Location was perfect. Plenty of parking and access to the building. Quiet and a nice area. Gas station located across the street easy walking distance. Clean pool and gym.
Disliked: Check out assistant seemed irritated when I asked for a receipt at check out. Stated she just clocked in and seemed annoyed.

Liked: Great location. Quiet. Comfortable. Updated decor. Bed was very comfortable. A/C unit was quiet. Great pillows and clean bedding.
Disliked: The water in our shower was very hot. Couldn’t get it to mix properly. The bathroom floor and shower had a cleaner residue and it was very slippery. Used the gym and all 3 treadmills were broken. No sanitizer for the equipment.
