This hotel needs improvement. Check the showers for mold; really white caulk on an almond shower. Check the room before unpacking. I would not recommend this hotel.

Liked: The fifth floor; just the fifth floor, not the room.
Disliked: Mold in the shower; asked for a drink (mojito) from the menu, but it came with no mint! The next drink was even worse. They need someone that knows how to prepare drinks if they are behind the bar.

Good service, no conditioner in shower though.

Easy to like this hotel. Comfy and convenient; friendly staff who genuinely seem to like their jobs. Clean. Worth the money.

Liked: Cleanliness..staff and access to bar/restaurant
Disliked: Only complaint is the chrome in bathroom and elevator needs cleaned. Doesn't look like cleaned or sanitized for some time!!

Liked: location is convenient
Disliked: the not having a microwave and poorly working elevator.

Liked: It was a standard basic room.
Disliked: It wasn't too bad until my rental car was stolen from the parking lot and the manager didn't seem to really be concerned. They had footage but wouldn't let me view it and they were not helpful. The elevators worked when they wanted to. Stay elsewhere.

Liked: We were treated so well. Loved the restaurant. Loved the gym facility and it was very close to our family in the area.
Disliked: We cannot believe that a Hilton property would have an elevator that broke down both days we were there. When we checked in on Friday the girl at the front desk suggested we get a room on ground level because the elevator breaks down when the hotel fills up. She said it causes her great stress. THEY NEED A NEW ONE! Thankfully, we heeded her warning and stayed on the first floor!!!
