Liked: The room was infiltrated with a lot of ladybugs. We had to change rooms and that room had ladybugs. I aate breakfast and approximately 30 minutes later I had stomach pains and ended up spending Christmas eve and beyond in the hospital. The hotel management staff stated they would take off one night of room charges for all the inconvenience but, later stated they did not know how to do the transaction because the General manager was not there at time of checkout. They failed to reach out to me since that date.
Disliked: They could have told us about the infestation of ladybugs upon on our arrival to premises.
