Liked: Breakfast was not available other than thru the restaurant
Disliked: Upon our arrival there was not a room assigned to us. They could see our reservation through Booking.com but Holiday Inn itself did not have a reservation for us. It took 40 minutes for them to fix this. Don’t think we’ll book through Booking.com again.

Liked: The location the restaurant and the staff were great. I believe a $50.00 pet fee is ridiculous.
Disliked: The $50,00 prt fee. And people were not picking up after there pets. Pet waste was on the sidewalk and in the side door way.

Liked: I ordered from the restaurant and food was great.
Disliked: It was very noisy. Stomping above our room and people constantly going out the end door.

Disliked: Room next to elevator was noisy. Refrigerator in room sounded like a circular saw. Could hear all sorts of things from floor above.
