Liked: I found the staff at the front desk to be very friendly when I checked in.
Disliked: I was very disturbed to find my box of doughnuts covered in ants the morning that we were checking out. When I reported it to the front desk, she sent a manager to our room. The only offer he gave was 2,000 rewards points or a new box of doughnuts. He wasn't even going to remove the box from the room until I said something. I was very disappointed on how unprofessional this was handled and I would never expect to find insects like that in a Marriott. It was disgusting and I will be writing a letter to corporate.

Hotel was very clean. We have stayed at a lot of hotels and the bed was one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in which is key. The room was a very comfortable size and the staff very friendly.

If you have to stay...
Liked: There was a mistake with my bill due to the fact that I checked in so close to midnight. These things happen. Usually "these things" are big headaches to correct. In this case, however, everything was in order and even better than my expectations after a quick conversation with the front desk. A+

Liked: The breakfast was good and the staff in the kitchen area were extremely nice.
Disliked: The hotel looks extremely clean in the main lobby area and it smelled nice like potpouri, however the room we rented had the odor of mildew and I was not happy about that. They did not want to move us to another room. I have stayed in the Holiday Inn prior and never had an experience like this. They charged me $10 a day for parking which I did not understand once we checked in we stayed in for the evening. In the past when I stayed I was not charged for parking. Where are you supposed to park if you cannot park in the hotel's parking lot?
