Liked: Very clean accommodation; excellent breakfast buffet; very comfortable.

The employees at the restaurant and the reception desk were very polite, helpful, and respectful.

Liked: Very clean; liked the furniture and spaciousness of the room.
Disliked: The room was right above the kitchen, so it shook when they were doing laundry. Pillows were too puffy!

Front desk were very friendly and helpful. They gave us a free upgrade to a suite which was awesome and the location is great. We went to a show at the Paradise which is on Comm Ave and was only a 10 minute walk away. I will definitely stay there again and you can catch the Green Line Trains right across the street.

Great Location but hotel is...

Liked: Location of Property and Staff
Disliked: Could not check-in early unless pay for it. Could not get room cleaned unless paid for it. Did not like inside room with no window to looking outside. Window only to the lobby area. Drain in sink did not drain quick enough and air conditioning was not working.

Liked: The location was on the road.
Disliked: Very basic facilities at a high price. No calling facility to call front office or housekeeping. Required to go to the front office for housekeeping. They were reluctant also to provide daily housekeeping. Drinking water to get, one needs to go to a common place to get the filter water. As I was traveling alone it was still OK but I will never think of this hotel with family.

Great location, cozy and unique...

Liked: The style of this hotel is very unique and it impressed me. The room is much more spacious up close than what you see on the pics here. Very clean. Also breakfast is included, although it might not be mentioned here. Breakfast is good but you should go early because it isn't re-filled often. 10 minutes away from downtown by car. There is also a tram station right across the road. Be careful with the parking around the hotel. There is no free parking in Boston. All in all a great stay in Arcadian

Great family weekend

Disappointing for the price. No...

Liked: The room was nice but for the high price, very average. Nice location and tv's.
Disliked: As a person with some health issues, this was not a good place to stay. No room service, no water or food on the premises. Breakfast was 90 percent pastries. There should be eggs and fruit for healthier choices at the price we paid. it feels lie a self-serve place. Even extending hours of stay could only be done through an app. No human touch. No service to rooms. No greeter at entrance to hotel, The do -it- yourself feel is extreme. Coffee machine didn't work. Bed room too warm. Place loud from the inside and out.
