Disliked: My room was in a very disruptive hall with kids running up and fown the hall, banging against door just very noisy experience

Liked: Clean, Friendly Staff, Appreciate "full size bottles" of shampoo etc, Bamboo located next door
Disliked: Wish breakfast was included for free

Liked: Good price.
Disliked: No

Disliked: you gotta pass a little bit detours, not enough orientation or signboard on the road, and parking lot full most of the time

Liked: daily room cleaning I guess
Disliked: I booked for a suit and upon arrival thru said suit was not available put me in a regular room and never refunded me my money cleaning materials had a smell to it you have to ask for a microwave(apparently they only have like 6 in the whole building)

Liked: Location is the best as you can get on and off the highway plus access to many local shopping malls and centers. Quick access to Logan too.
Disliked: Older hotel that has been updated. Rooms need a little TLC and bathrooms are overdue for work. Hot water for showering was an issue first morning, then second & third morning we had no issues. Thermostat was touchy as one night the heat would not click on

Disliked: I paid for breakfast and have yet to get a refund cause their was no breakfast.. their dining area was closed
