Liked: customer service was nice and helpful

Disliked: Our hotel room wreaked of Cigarette Smoke, like a 20 yr. chain smoker lived there. Front desk would not relocate is to another room. Housekeeping sprayed some fragrance in the room which helped but they agreed that the room was unacceptable.

Exceptional

Liked: The pool area is nice. Located near FAU. On the surface everything is clean.
Disliked: I saw two roaches the first night. The rooms are very dated and the furniture is weird. Housekeeping took our towels and didnt replace them. Gate by our rooms didnt lock. Both nights men were drinking in the parking lots and it felt a little sketchy.

Girls weekend

Liked: The bed was comfortable and one of the front desk stuff Im sure how to spell is name Jaycon his was do nice
Disliked: That place and room need a little update and we had to pay for breakfast

Disliked: Toilet dripped, sliding bathroom door wouldnt close, we had to put something in tub to let the water drain. No coffee a few times. Not 3 star, more like 2 star.

Enjoyed the stay!

Liked: The front desk employees were great, very pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and the size was nice.Beds were very comfortable, I have stayed at many hotels and this was one of the best beds experiences.
Disliked: There was a noise next door intermittently not sure if it was the AC. I did not like that the hotel rooms were facing outside, gave me a motel vibe. Someone left the back gate prompted open one day, I told the front desk. He said he would address it. Not safe to leave a door open.
