Poor communication

Disliked: The hotel overbooked our reservation and moved us to a much less nice hotel 20 minutes away without ever telling us. They blamed the communication error on booking.com but never informed the third party of any change so we were 4 hours away from home and found out we weren’t staying at the hotel we reserved specifically because of the location and meeting other family there. Very disappointing.

Liked: Greenmill adjacent to hotel. Pool area was clean, fun, enjoyable and relaxing. Clean rooms.
