Very good

Liked: Clean, comfortable, modern look, it's the classic hotel experience. Good hot breakfast. Friendly staff. I would stay there again.
Disliked: My bathroom fan was broken. The shower had a loose wash towel rack which I grabbed and almost fell on my butt. Maintenance said the shower units are due to be replaced soon, declined to fix. Only one elevator is working.

Liked: Staff was friendly and happy to help, breakfast was amazing and the pool/hot tub was our go to for sure!

Great rooms and friendly staff

Liked: The staff are very friendly here. My room was nice. The breakfast was good.
Disliked: The hot tub is not working properly, could not get towels for the pool. I went to the front desk, and they never brought any to the pool area.

Decent room and breakfast

Liked: Great breakfast. Clean room. Big pool. Helpful staff.
Disliked: Clean room but dated/damaged furniture. Very small, partially working, unkept hot tub. Not very relaxing at all.

Liked: Staff was friendly. Breakfast was delicious! Nice, clean, comfortable eating area. Beautiful view from breakfast area. Bedding was clean and fresh. Bathroom was clean and stocked.
Disliked: No fan in bathroom. Bathroom needs more lighting, shower area was dark. One working elevator. Ice machine on our floor also out of order. Bed was not comfortable, too mushy. The walls and curtains in our room looked worn and in need of some repairs or were poorly repaired.
