Beautiful room and great service and we were able to bring our puppy dog too! We will definitely be coming back - awesome, awesome, awesome! Way better than the Sheraton.

Disappointing! And I spent almost...
Liked: The young lady from room service and the room service staff was very friendly and exceptional. The maintenance engineer was extremely friendly, thoughtful, considerate and helpful.
Disliked: The front desk staff leaves a lot to be desired. Although the young lady at the desk seemed real nice, she gossiped to staff who weren't present when I checked in. I had an employee tell me 3 times, "Yeah, I heard about that." Then when I would call the front desk, male staff as well other female staff, would act as if it were a problem if I wanted House Keeping service. It had gotten to the point where all of the House Keeping staff, with the exception of 1 lady, seemed as though it was a problem if I wanted service. The absolute worst was that my room was IN the elevator bank and ALL NIGHT long, (2, 3, 4) in the morning, 6, 7, and again at 9am and all day long, all I could hear was the elevator bell and people talking DIRECTLY outside my door RIGHT besidey bed! - And although I had included in my request when booking, that I did not want to be on a high floor and did not want adjoining rooms, the front desk staff lady told all the other staff that asked that my room be changed. Apparently it was a problem for her.
