Liked: This hotel is super clean. Love that it was on ladybird lake in the shuttle to the airport. Was very convenient in the bonus. Location was fantastic
Disliked: Just one minor issue. We had four different answers for how to book the shuttle and all in all it worked out and we had a ride to the airport

Liked: The view from the room was exactly what I was expecting and it was gorgeous! Super comfy bed. We did not stay for breakfast or dinner but the menu looked good. Free coffee in the morning was tasty
Disliked: Considering the price I paid for this room we waited over an hour AFTER check in time to get in our room. We missed out on doing several things in the meantime as we waited. AND had to walk down 4 floors to get ice for our room?! What was that about???

Very nice place to stay...

Liked: Great location on Town Lake with free parking. Clean. Comfortable. Convenient to many Austin highlights.
Disliked: There was a group of people staying in adjoining room and I could hear everything they said. Luckily they went to bed at a reasonable hour. It would really help to soundproof the door with some weatherstripping.

Disliked: Airport shuttle should start earlier in the morning.

Liked: Staff was exceptional, especially Bradley, who ensured we had a quieter room after not sleeping the first night.
Disliked: First nights room overlooked the freeway was very loud.
