This is a flagship Holiday...

Liked: Their breakfast buffet is outstanding and the staff are most accommodating. It's nice to be able to order from the menu and have room service with the full service restaurant on the property. The decor and grounds are everything you'd want at a mountain hotel. We stay there whenever we're in the area and recommend it to friends.
Disliked: Wish the beds were a little softer but that's a personal preference.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff bent over backwards to attend to our requests. It was in a location close to the mountains and our room had a great view. The restaurant was good, loved their French onion soup. Finally, I loved the beautiful touches in mountain decor and the fireplace area at the entrance. Will definitely return!
Disliked: The packets given daily for coffee in the rooms had only one sugar packet. My husband uses 4!
