Disliked: The room was very dirty towels ans sheets were very dirty as well. Infom the attended and he never brought me clean linens. People were smoking weed and offer one of my guest to purchase the product as well.

An awful experience

Liked: It was 1/4 of a mile from the HOU airport.
Disliked: Everything else! The rooms were filthy, the rugs were damp and smelled like mold, there were no pillowcases on the pillows, the tub was gross, the bed in one room was made with the blanket under the sheet, the other smelled like smoke, even though I booked two adjacent non-smoking rooms. I was told when we checked in that there were not two adjacent rooms available but the hotel was not full. The refrigerator was dirty, only one lamp worked and the phone didn’t have a cord connecting it to the wall jack. I called to say that I had forgotten something, a small cooler for my insulin and a pen inside, and had to call 6 times to get someone to answer the phone. I didn’t want it back, I simply wanted to make sure no one found it and used it, and was told that if they found it they would bill me?

Disliked: Very dirty rooms . Smells like a died rat , bath tub didn’t drain . Pillows cover dirty and smell like sweat , ugly place wouldn’t recommend . They offer breakfast . Only apples a muffins, coffee machine broke .
