Liked: Started with staff behaviour as rude , and he told me that , TV , Micro oven & , fridge are not working , I told ok because it’s already late night . When I when opened the room it’s in cleaned ( I have a video record ) . Final they told me they are cancelling the room with rude behaviour. I won’t recommend this motel and booking.com

Disliked: Had to ask for towels; but found out there were no wash cloths! Discvered this when I went in bathroom to try to take a shower. Sign says no service between 5 p.m.and 11 pm. Could not wash self! Needed another pillow because I kept bumping my head on headboard. Television: remote control volume did not work at all. Called front desk and staff came and had no idea how to fix the volume issue. Had to turn TV off because the multi button was faulty as well. Woke up sun glaring in eyes because a curtain needed to cover entire window.

It worked.

Liked: I liked having a parking spot in front of the room. The mattress was decently comfortable. There was running water and a toilet. There was a good luck dirty sock under my bed. The room smelled of bleach.
Disliked: Most things were damaged in some way, ragged, poorly repaired or seemingly dirty. The room smelled so intensely of bleach that it almost stung the nostrils. There was a dirty sock under the bed. The towel rack was half hanging out of the wall and was somewhat broken. Graffiti in the bed’s head board. A wonky fridge. Room 112 - perhaps on its way to being renovated as the room number outside was a piece of cardboard taped to the wall.
