Great location, clean, comfortable and...

Liked: The location was great, literally a ten minute walk across the bridge into city centre. The hotel was modern, clean and rooms were very comfortable especially the beds. We stayed in an executive room on the twelfth floor and it was a great size with all the usual amenities you would find in a luxury hotel such as bath robes, hairdryer and a selection of tea/coffee. The staff were very polite, extremely professional and very helpful. With an executive room comes the option of breakfast in the executive lounge. Great area, quiet and clean. Selection of breakfast was great although there is more on offer in the main restaurant downstairs. There is also a shopping mall very close by with a selection of cafes and supermarket along with a few shops. Some very good restaurants near by along with some lovely quaint shops as you go into the city. Would highly recommend and look forward to returning some day soon.
Disliked: To be honest there wasn't anything that I didn't like.

Liked: Within easy walking distance of city centre and train to airport . Great breakfast and comfortable room.
Disliked: Restaurant quite expensive Long wait at reception to retrieve luggage.

Great property and a must...

Liked: Great amenities, updated, and a very friendly staff
Disliked: Property was exceptional overall! Not much to complain about. If anything, would like if the TVs were smart TVs, so you can chromecast or Apple play from your phone to the TV. That would be the biggest complaint since the channel selection wasn’t much we could watch since we spoke English.

Liked: i stayed for only one night, the room is really clean and new, there is sixt rental office at the hotel which give it really bonus you can get your rental car from the hotel downstairs.

Disliked: There is no concierge. Don't trust any information given by reception staff. They have no clue. One staff member sent us to the incorrect train station to go to Budapest

Bad service and stuff

Disliked: I recently stayed at the Hilton Vienna Park Hotel and unfortunately had several disappointing experiences. Firstly, there was no valet parking service available, and no one was present to assist with luggage upon arrival or departure. When checking out, I had to carry all my bags myself, and the staff asked me to wait 15 minutes for help that might not even come. This delay almost caused me to miss my flight.Additionally, complimentary water was not offered, and the staff insisted on charging for it, which is not what I expected from a hotel of this standard. There was also no bathrobe provided in the room, and when we requested one, it took an unreasonably long time to arrive.Overall, the level of service did not meet Hilton’s usual standards, and I hope management takes steps to improve guest assistance and basic amenities in the future.
