Upon arrive, we were greeted and checked in. Then, to our wonderful surprise, we were randomly upgraded to the Frank Lloyd Wright Suite. How awesome was that! The staff were super nice, attentive to our needs, and always looked to help make our stay amazing. And they did not fall short. Probably the best experience we've ever had staying at a Hilton.

Liked: Close to restaurant and Broadway Playhouse. Clean; good food - would definitely stay here again!

Booked here because we were taking my mother to the Broadway Playhouse to see 'I Love Lucy'. She has alzheimers, and can't walk far. It was a perfect location. And having the suite made it easy for us to have mom go to bed early, while my sisters and I visited. It was a great 'Girls Weekend'.

Not the expected Hilton experience...

Liked: Location and Room size. It had separate sleeping and sitting areas. It was supposed to be an upgraded lakeview room. Good resturants at walking distance.
Disliked: The room was very minimally appointed. The usb sockets were not working on either bedside and phones had to be charged in only a single working socket. One could see the lake only if one stood at the window. the furniture is placed in such a way that one can only see building sitting on them. No kettle in the hotel. The printer at the reception was not working either. Even on a light weekday, late checkout was charged by the hour.
