Solo Disabled travellers beware
Disliked: I stayed here mid-March 2024. I have Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis and was checked into a double accessible room (raised toilet, roll-in shower etc). All good until I checked out the next morning. I had a number of falls in the room while packing to check out (clearly not the hotels fault), spilling an ice bucket and overturning a room service tray in the process. Hotel charged me 500 for damage to the room. They didnt tell me they were going to do it, they didnt ask what happened or if I was OK, they just did it. I only found out what the 500 charge was for when I queried it! When I made them aware of the reason my accessible room was left in disarray, proof of medical condition, details of my hospital stay as a result of the falls, the only response was that they were sorry to hear I had been unwell. Case closed. You couldnt make it up.

Good but pricey
Liked: Comfortable bed, great location for staying after going to Warnwr bros. Studios. Staff were really friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Very expensive food and drink

Pleasant
Liked: Check in staff and breakfast buffet staff were over the top extraordinary. Breakfast buffet was one of the best we had, fresh and tasty as well as excellently presented.
Disliked: The Overall experience wasn't bad. The rooms definitely need a refurbishment and a bit more attention to small cleaning details mainly cobwebs and dust
