Great staff with excellent customer...

Liked: The room was very comfortable and had all the facilities you need. The bathroom very spacious. The view would have been better if we were facing the river but that is a minor thing. I felt very lucky to have been there. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. They gave us an upgrade as it was my birthday! Also balloons, cake and wine! Perfect! They couldn't have done more for us.
Disliked: The view across the street. However we were on the 6th floor in a lovely room which we were very impressed with.
