Pleasant room but disappointing breakfast

Liked: Big and nice Apartment, super clean, fully equipped kitchen, bathtube in the main bedroom sperated from the bathroom. Good partial view on the sphere (20th floor)
Disliked: Booked for 3 persons but the sleeping sofa was not prepared. We opened and prepared it ourselfs and mentioned it at the reception when checkin out. Answer was that we could have called the reception but even his 15 year old is able to do it on is own (as if i couldn't but for 300 $ for one night I expect more!) Breakfast was available (20$ pp) that was the reason to book this hotel. For this price I expect at least a small buffet with fruit etc. We got a Bagle/Breakfastmuffin + Donut + Coffe and a juice. Buying all that stuff separate at the shop would have been cheaper then 20$ and mc donalds as well for the same items (and maybe better at least with the german quality i know)

Liked: Lady that checked us in was very nice.The studio was nice and clean.
Disliked: We could hear the neighbours on a video call.Probably would have been a good idea to upgrade to a better room.
