Liked: I was provided a bottle opener when I asked.The front desk was helpful when I questioned that I was charged $100 more in case we spent moneyThe bed was comfy
Disliked: It is ridiculous to charge $15 per person for basically a continental breakfast. We went elsewhere and got a delicious made-to-order breakfast for 1/3 less money. About $30.I didn't like the fact that our room did not get maid service.I would have liked a bigger TV.The bathroom needed updating. The sheets and cover barely fit so the covers kept coming off.

Liked: I like the cleanliness and the hotel had a lot of things going on the nights I stayed my room was clean, quiet, comfortable, and relaxing.
Disliked: I didn’t like how I was greeted at first. Although they had an event going on that night, I was dressed due to the weather and traveling from Virginia, and the person who checked us in asked if we were workers. I wonder if it was the Nike jogger sweatsuit and UGGs that I wearing.
