Liked: The staff were very helpful.
Disliked: There was no parking onsite. On booking.com it said that it was. The room did not seem as clean, i.e. there were stains on the carpet. There were visible splashes of something in the elevator which needed a good cleaning.

Good for short stays

Liked: Staff were great and my room was clean.
Disliked: Whilst I understand this hotel has recently been renovated - it didnt seem to extend to my room which was quite tired. Whilst on one of the key roads in Miami Beach - I didnt appreciate it was quite far away from shopping on Lincoln Road and the main restaurants and bars.

Poor

Disliked: Hotel is dated. The shower had cold water only on 2 of the 3 days. I am very tall and I was put in an ADA room because I did not pay for an upgrade.

The hotel was not worth...

Liked: I like he beach setting. Collins street which was the strip was nice for site seeing along with shopping.
Disliked: When the cleaning service came to service our room. The only cleaned the bathroom, gave us new towels. Our bed was not made and did not give us clean sheets. no restaurant in the hotel to sit and in enjoy ourselves.

Passable

Liked: the staff is super kind, Carolina and Jose were very helpful during my stay.
Disliked: I was allocated to room 305 but the room had a smell of smoke and tobacco, I was very uncomfortable , then Jose changed my room to 105 in ground floor and got much better.

Exceptional

Liked: Clean. And staff was very friendly
Disliked: Loved it all
