it was amazing as always

Liked: it’s always very clean
Disliked: house keeping tired to come in the room several times before we checked out.

The hotel was nice and...

Liked: The location was nice and quiet.
Disliked: The hot tub is outside and was closed, the website during booking didn’t specify, it would have been nice to know. but the pool was nice.

A Phenomenal Knoxville Experience

Liked: All staff were kind and welcomed us. We arrived about 9:30 pm and went to the pool. The pool was supposed to close at 10 pm, but they allowed us to stay in there for another hour. We thought that was very considerate. Lastly, we loved that check out was at 12 pm.
