Liked: First room had dirty tub & toilet was incessantly running & couldnt flush. Got reassigned to new room & new room had the air conditioning unit falling apart. At least it was clean though.
Disliked: Outdated, conditioning units in room falling apart.

Staff was great, but I won't be returning

Liked: Staff was friendly. Food was good.
Disliked: Was lacking in cleanliness. Had a weird smell. Housekeeping started knocking on my door a couple hours before check out time. Made me feel rushed to get out. Hot tub was out of order. My card was charged multiple times after check out. They did fix it, but it took about a week. Also, maybe bring your own toilet paper if you stay here.
