Liked: The hotel was very clean and the staff was both friendly and efficient (Maggie in particular). We had an early issue with the phone but that was taken care of promptly on the same day. The location of the property was excellent for us.
Disliked: The hotel is definitely a little older and it shows, especially in the bathroom, where the ventilation wasn't working properly and there was rust on the lamp fixtures and plaster peeling off of the ceiling. The windows are pretty old - and do not keep the noise of I-35 at bay! That was an on-going roar of noise, for which there is a simple fix.

Ok for a quick stay.

Liked: Easy to get to, ok for price.
Disliked: WiFi was an additional cost, breakfast was an additional cost. Also the toilet paper under the sink was easy to miss. I’d recommend getting that configured.

Superb

Liked: The trip would have been perfect except there was a terrible smell in the walkway to the elevator past the front desk. Also the morning breakfast eggs were too rubbery....just over cooked. But you can't fix little things if you are not aware of the problem so all I mentioned is constructive criticism.
