Disliked: Having to call to have your room made up. The business center: nothing was working.

Because this location was better...

Liked: The room was very clean and the toiletries in the bathroom were replenished. The step-in shower was a nice surprise. Bed was comfortable and was appreciative for the extra pillows on the bed. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Location was so convenient to access food and entertainment. Would definitely consider staying at this location again.
Disliked: Was a somewhat disappointed with the breakfast. Although the dining area staff were very pleasant, the food wasn't up to par. Which is fine, I could just skip that next time.

Disliked: We were put in a first floor room by the conference room area. A very odd location and somewhat noisy.

Liked: The rooms was great but they said free breakfast but when we went to eat breakfast it was a charge
Disliked: Having to pay for breakfast

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Liked: It served its purpose will not stay here again however.
Disliked: Hallways smell of smoke and pot. Bathroom was not clean. Lamp shade was disgusting and stained looked like no one ever tried to clean it. Staff were very rude. I was over charged the “incidentals fee” because they decided to be hateful for whatever reason; I was charged double the fee after I waited for them to wait on me when they assumed I came in with someone else since we came in at the same time. I was polite even though they were rude in assuming I was a member to someone else’s party. I was not given a receipt either I had to ask for one before I left. Customer service was no help either they told me it was booking.com’s responsibility to update Hilton’s information…. Like what….. There are more photos of the nastiness just can’t seem to post more than 4. My socks were black just from walking in the floors in my room
