Liked: The bed was comfortable
Disliked: They are going through renovations and the noise was really bad. The didn’t advise when we booked. The offered us a reduction and after two followup emails have not heard back from them regarding the credit

Liked: Everything! Staff was particularly kind, personable and professional, every one of them!
Disliked: Nothing, even having construction being done on property, everything was handled so professionally!

Overall pleasant stay but would...

Liked: The bathroom was very clean, bed was comfortable and breakfast was very nice.
Disliked: The room was dusty, the bed was smaller than anticipated and the pillows were too soft. We could hear ambulances all night, windows were dirty, we were in an adjoining room and could hear a woman on the next room coughing continuously all night which kept us awake.

Over priced and disappointing

Liked: Location was good
Disliked: Work going on in hotel which we didn’t know about in advance. Also air condition set at 19 and could not be turned down. When we mentioned this we were told that it’s never very warm so not needed.

No value for money. Not...

Liked: Location was Great. That is why we booked it
Disliked: There was very loud co structuring works at the hotel property. Not one member of staff mentioned it or even acknowledged it. We were not even asked how our stay was upon departure. Also we were forced to pay some weird €50 deposit - it was not even explained what it was. Even though I paid for the stay up front upon arrival. Not the standard one would come to expect from Hilton, for a 4star hotel or even for amy hotel charging the prices they do. The worst stay o have ever experienced.
