Good

Vary pleasant stay with agreeable...

Liked: Good. Location, nice to have the dinning area in the main house.
Disliked: Batheroom counter space was limited. Night stand could have more room, limited space to place larger items.

Nice stay, not worth the...

Liked: Cozy, had all the essentials I needed (basic toiletries, coffee, tea, towels)
Disliked: Noisy neighbors, you can hear everything from the other rooms. Inconsiderate guest who blasted some workout video right outside my room, in a common area at 8am (too early for me that particular day). My key was in an envelope with the wrong guest name. Email signature from the BnB did not coincide with person for contact. BnB manager asks to lock doors, so I always did. However, I mostly found them unlocked. Parking in front of the building is tricky to maneuver, badly designed. Location is centric but many people in bad shape, physically or mentally, were in nearby streets walking or doing other things.

Liked: Ann was a wonderful host. Best breakfast of our trip!

Liked: Hostess and staff were welcoming and otherwise first rate
Disliked: Absolutely nothing.

Nice, quiet B&B with very...

Liked: A very nice B&B in a quiet area of San Diego. Comfortable room and off street parking. Inn keeper extremely helpful and friendly with some good insights into what to do locally. $10 in an Uber to go to Gaslight Qtr or Harbourfront.
Disliked: Would have been nice to be offered something cooked for breakfast.

Exceptional

Liked: Tastefully furnished and very well equipped house and room, very friendly and helpful host, good location to explore Hillcrest, great breakfast; thanks a lot. Definitely stay there again.

A great base for exploring...

Liked: This is a super friendly and comfortable place to stay in a nice quiet part of San Diego. We enjoyed eating in the surrounding area and walked to a lot of the sights (though driving and parking is easy too). Robert and Ann gave lots of helpful advice on where to go/ eat and breakfast was good.
Disliked: It's personal preference but the bed in the Zoo room was too soft for me and the room a little on the small side. This did not deter from a lovely stay though!
