Well, the weed smell all over the air, but we didn't know that it's legal in California.

Liked: The room was very clean and a good price.

Overall experience was excellent and very pleased with everything.

Liked: Very close to Valley View Casino Center; clean and the price was right.
Disliked: Room had a bit of a musty smell.

Liked: The desk clerk was very rude and unprofessional. I did not enjoy my stay there. I will not book a room there again. ( At least the bathroom was clean and had fresh towels)

I didn't stay but looking at the surrounding area looked I was in the ghetto

Liked: it was just bad. I called advising I was gong to be late and need to change room accommodations and talking to the the day clerk Rosita it was taking care of however we arrived late and the night clerk advised that he cancelled our reservation. The conversation became heated.

Roaches in a hotel room. If thats the case, you shouldnt charge more than $10.

Liked: I already complained to you about the roach infestation. Had to book a new hotel. Didnt use you or Priceline, thanks.
Disliked: I didnt like all the roaches crawling around the room. And I didnt like that the front desk only offered me to switch rooms for night two instead of reimbursing me. Late cancellation. For roaches. In. The. Room. Not one roach. Many. Apparently, the new room was guaranteed roach free (ha!). Not sure why they booked me in the roach room to begin with if theres all these glorious roach free rooms to be had.

Liked: It made a lasting impression and inside joke amongst my friends for how terrible it is.
Disliked: The cockroach infestation. Front desk offered me a new room. For a cockroach infestation. They were coming out of the drains. New room wouldnt help. She said this room wont have them. So you put me in the known cockroach room?? No refund. Awful.
