Liked: Staff was super friendly, and the room was comfortable
Disliked: Whirlpool was out of order, and the water temp of the shower was touchy.

Liked: Good location, good breakfast, comfortable bed
Disliked: Bathroom looked “tired”. Bathtub poor condition, not sealed between bathtub and flooring.

Liked: Clean comfortable room.
Disliked: I was cold as the heat in the room was not controlled by the thermostat in the room, and cold air was blowing. Grabbed the extra blanket and was fine.

Liked: location is okay
Disliked: This hotel is often up to 25% cheaper than other hotels but customer service & hygiene standard is very pathetic.carpet seems rarely cleaned , its old and dirty, washroom was very tiny.if you are staying first time, its very hard to navigate to the room as they are kind of hidden, sometime you have to go outside hotel and come in from back side to find your room, so much wastage of time.

Fine for what I needed

Liked: Was quiet. Bed was comfy.
Disliked: Food in restaurant wasn’t the best. Parking lot could have been cleaned of snow.
