Disliked: old building so very noisy. I could hear everything from neighbouring room - shower, TV, conversation, kettle...

Superb

Liked: Location is great and within walking distance of everywhere I needed to go. The Staff were very helpful and attentive. Room was a great size, very comfortable bed, nice and clean and with good amenities like toiletries, hairdryer and tea and coffee, with complimentary biscuits! I would definitely stay again.
Disliked: I think they're renovating some of the rooms one by one and my room smelt quite strongly of paint. Not a major problem as I did get used to it but I would've preferred a room without the smell.

Stylish hotel in excellent location...

Liked: Charming and full of atmosphere - it's located in a historical buildingFreshly cooked individual breakfast (no buffet) - delicious!Superiour room was really huge
Disliked: No sockets for European plugs in the room, and they don't have any adapters to let to their guests; had to go to Waitrose and by one.
