Due to the high price...

Liked: We are regular customers at Monterey Plaza Hotel& Spa on Cannery Row and have commonly payed less for a king bed overlooking the harbor vs the room 11 we had with a frosted window with absolutely zero view . I felt the website should have shown us room 11 ‘s comprising view and should not have been priced.

Liked: The breakfast was fine- I just wish there was a salsa option for the eggs. Also the catsup packets are beneath the quality of this inn.

Liked: Excellent location to downtown square. Beautiful, clean room with electric fireplace. Bed was comfortable with quality linens. Free water supplied in refrigerator in cute recycled glass jars. Enjoyed the fresh cookies left in our room at arrival. Fresh full breakfast was excellent. Chef very friendly and helpful. Front desk very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike.

disappointing, overpriced room. Great weekend...

Liked: Great breakfast, great location, clean room
Disliked: Terrible water pressure in the cheap shower stall. Thermostat stuck on 73 degrees even after I asked to have maintenance adjust it. I was hoping for at least a gas flame in the fireplace but we had a cheesy electric glowing fake fire instead.
