The room was not cleaned. I found glass ring marks on the desk which I cleaned off. The walls and furniture was dirty. The bathroom fan was broken and a tissue was stuffed in the spot. The fan didn't even work. There was tape left on the bathroom wall from someone's clothes. The cabinets were sticky.

Liked: I love the size of the room, bathroom, fridge. Lots of space .
Disliked: I would prefer that the shower handle is detachable because I have kids. The paper towel in the kitchen and tissue box in the bathroom were previously soaked with something and then dried. They were not clean.

Very comfortable. Great free breakfast.

Liked: The breakfast was great. I loved the room. It was like a little apartment. Quiet, clean, comfy. Staff was attentive. Very kind too. I hope to visit again.

Disliked: Everything else. My daughter fell on their property and fractured both of her wrists. On top of being rude, the staff questioned my parenting skills. Our lawyer will be reaching out to them next.
