Disliked: I got charged twice by booking.com because I booked the wrong date on march 20 and wasn’t able to get a refund so I went ahead and paid again for march 21 put down 100$ deposit that wasn’t refunded because I was “smoking marijuanna” with no evidence at all . I checked in at 2pm didn’t even get to the facility until about 9 pm and left before 8 am because I had work left the room east to clean I would never go there again

Very poor

Liked: The grounds were VERY dirty with trash everywhere. There is a group of younger people who run around the place like they own it, including looking into people's windows. It was a creepy experience. Will not be going back.
Disliked: DIRT

Liked: Then I was away from the road and predominantly quiet area.
Disliked: That I selected a pet friendly hotel but there was no options to mention that I had A pet Online and no information stating that pets were extra so they kept my deposit Because they Said it was $27 a night for my pet. Even though I had to clean my room when I got there. And the reason why I chose this location was because I had stayed there previously. And the room was fully equipped with can opener. Pots Pan dishes and silverware. However, the room I was put in this time. Had nothing not even a trash can. So nee,dless to say the Staff was excellent room was not so hot and the rates are not clear. There needs to be an option online for you to check that. You have a pet so that you can get an accurate rate And not caught off guard.

Huge regret.

Liked: Literally nothing.
Disliked: It was filthy and smelled bad. Cigarette burns on the walls in a supposedly non smoking room. Torn, filthy, furniture with animal pee stains on the leg. The shower surround was cracked and literally falling off the wall and there was black mold behind it. We both woke up with bug bites all over our legs, so I suspect bed bugs I didn't find when I checked. The long term stay neighbors were loud, yelling and stomping on the floor non-stop from 1pm to midnight. The place is like staying in the ghetto. It needs to be shut down.

Liked: This is a very nice, cozy and relaxing property! The staff made us feel so welcome! I will recommend the Craigshire Suites to anyone wanting a laid back environment!

Disliked: Location...not clean...this is basically a apartment building... people working on cars in the parking lot... putting up holiday decorations on doors....not a motel

Disliked: The check in is long and it places a customer in an unsafe environment especially at night.
