Liked: The room was clean.
Disliked: The staff treated us like 2nd class citizens since "we booked through a 3rd party." When checking in, it took over 7 minutes (I was the only one at the counter) and that is when it started. The lady said it takes a while because i booked through s 3rd party instead of booking with them directly. I did not even ask what was taking so long.We booked a room with a king sized bed and when we got to our room, it was a queen. When we called down to tell them and ask for a king, the lady told me "you booked through a 3rd party, so you get what you get. Things get messed up when you use a 3rd party." I have a messed up knee and needed the extra room. My husband ended up sleeping on the couch to give me the room i needed, so he woke up with a sore back. The bed (even if it would have been the right sized) still was not that comfortable. Poor water pressure in shower and the bottom of the tub was slick even though it was a handicap room. The breakfast was not good. The only "warm" food they had was scrambled eggs and bacon. I would not waste your money at this location.

It's not warm welcoming, but...

Disliked: The room and hallways were overly scented, and breakfast was disappointing, but it was free . When it came to check-in, the lady at the front desk said, "You know there is a pet fee for your dog ." And I corrected her and stated she was a certified service animal . Then, at check out, no one was available, so we placed the key card in the basket and left.

Liked: Clean, spacious and comfortable. Well located for the town and the I70. The staff were friendly and helpful especially Rhonda.
Disliked: Breakfast was basic.
