Liked: My room was very dirty (i.e floors, bathroom and kitchen) i dont think they cleaned
Disliked: The long term guest in room 409 fell asleep drunk and I had to listen to the TV blaring from 8pm to 3am the next morning. I couldn’t take it anymore so I called the front desk. He banged on the door but no answer. front desk guy said he could hear the TV three rooms down. I had to get a key open the door. found guest drunk and unconscious, FD guy turned off tv.

The worst hotel stay

Liked: I liked the location. It was close to the beach and a lot of restaurants
Disliked: I didn't get the 2 queen beds I reserved; had to pay $60.00 extra to upgrade to the right room; my wash cloth I used to wash my face had a lot of loose HAIR in it (nasty); my room door didn't lock on its on practically had to slam it shut for it to lock; the shower nozzle did not work had to get maintenance for it and the door. Staff wasn't very friendly at all. To be a smoke free facility I smelled someone smoking marijuana outside somewhere by the pool where my grandchildren were swimming. My bathtub still had a dirt stain in it like it hadn't been cleaned very good at all. Will not stay at this hotel again in the near future or ever again and will make sure to NOT recommend it to any of my friends and other family members!!!

Disliked: It looks nothing as pictured it’s smells the carpet is filthy. The pool was nasty. The elevator smelled like urine. The inside of the room was ok but looks as if it had previously had a leak.
