Liked: Location, room, everything else was excellent!
Disliked: Water pressure in shower wasn't very good

A little disappointed.
Disliked: Shower water took about 20 minutes and first shower wad luke warm. After 15mun on second day finally got warm. Ask for little credit. Would not due. Last day staff knocking on door to see if I was checking out as fire alarms also going off.

Disliked: Older property with little attention to upkeep. Room was clean but hotel was in need of upgrading. Staff were clueless. At check in I advised I had pets. They said OK no charge. 2nd day I was there, I was confronted by a staff member asking if I had pets. I said yes. He said I did not register them. I advised to the contrary as my reservation even indicated that I had pets. Went to front desk and signed a paper saying I had pets. Asked if there was a charge they said no for a 2nd time. Upon check out I was charged $20/pet/night. Not what I agreed to. They then also proceeded to charge me more money per night for the room than the reservation. . I showed them the booking reservation they agreed to change but could not until the owner showed up. Also, the first morning we were there the breakfast was more than adequate. Someone posing as a Wyndham (They own Hawthorne Suites) employee was handing out cards for a good internet reference and asking how our stay was. The next morning after the Wyndham employee had left there was no food to speak of at breakfast at 7:00am. When I went to the front desk they advised that the food delivery truck did not come. Poor excuse. When I asked about this at check out I asked why no one was empowered to go get food at a grocery store as the residents had paid for a hot breakfast in their reservation room rate. The person at the front desk said that the owner was from India and no one had any authority to do anything. When he is not physically at the hotel, no corrections to incorrect billing, food shortages or any other issues can be handled by the staff. Having traveled extensively in India over the last 30 years I understand the culture. It might work in India but has no place in the U.S.. I hope that Wyndham pulls this owners franchise as it gives Wyndham a bad name. From now on, I will ask if an Indian owns the hotel before booking the reservation.

Liked: Spacious rooms, extremely quiet, liked the condo style setup.
Disliked: Overall needs a little tlc.

overall very pleased with facility...
Liked: breakfast was excellent room was well organized, only complaint is I went early to do some reading, sat in comfortable chair by TV and lamp did not work, over head lights were off so low lights since it was before breakfast time, I did not mention it to staff, this was minor but would have made it better for reading
Disliked: better lighting for short period before breakfast being served to accommodate early risers

I was very disappointed and...
Liked: The breakfast was just ok. I have seen a lot better and would have liked a little more variety.
Disliked: Our bathtub did not drain properly, so by the time my shower was done, water was above my ankles. Staff did fix it for us, though. There were also birds in the fireplace chimney that made a LOT of noise CONSTANTLY, day and night! I asked for this to be taken care of and was told it would be but was not. Therefore, we had to endure the annoying noise for 3 days/nights. Furthermore, when we pulled out the couch for the extra bed, there was a bent, used straw in the bed (yuck), and the mattress was stained and nasty!
