Disliked: Property doesn’t offer repeat customers a favourable discount to encourage them for future stay.

Nice staff but the bathrooms...

Liked: Friendly staff.
Disliked: The toilet in the room had a transparent glassdoor which was more like a stall in a public restroom, not possible to lock and you could hear everything that was going on in there. Not very romantic.

Only there one night bit room, location, staff and facilities were great

Liked: Room size was great - big bathroom and amazing view from roomPool area was nice as were poolside staffClose to Ala Moana shops
Disliked: Having to pay for daybeds by the pool and then on top of that an additional $100 on food / drinks by the pool

Lovely stay at Waikiki with wonderful staff

Liked: We only stayed for one night on a stopover and the service of the staff was fantastic. We arrived super early in the morning after a flight over night from the Cook Islands and the lady at the reception still found a room for us that we could check in early, which was very generous of her
Disliked: No complains here
