Disliked: The customer service personal at the front desk was rude and didn’t want to help even when ask. Customers need to feel welcome not pushed away.

Enjoyed my time at Harrahs...

Disliked: I didn’t really like the lack of healthy options in the food court. A salad bar would be nice.

Room was nice but the...

Liked: Close to the strip
Disliked: Price didn’t match what booking.com said . My original price was supposed to be 280 but in the end i ended up paying around 580 and that’s after i got the deposit back
