Liked: It was near the Harbor, which was good
Disliked: The room was stuffy, paint off the walls, water leaking on floor from faucet in bathroom, coffee maker didn't work, and I waited 30 mins in the office the check in because there was no one in the office. I finally called and told them I was waiting.

Liked: Everyone at Harbor Inn Are very Nice.They do everything to make your stay very comfortable. Have stayed there numerous times and will go back.

Would not stay there again...
Liked: Looks like a cozy little Inn close to water front. The manager (Indian man) was really nice & accommodating.
Disliked: The room smelled like mildew, can see mildew in the bathroom, the bathtub had major rust, and was patched poorly. The toilet leaked with questionable repair work done to it. One of the guys at the front desk was Extremely rude. He openly admitted he his patience was wearing thin “Not with you. You are just on the receiving end of it” tells me my dog was too big of dog per their policy. However, on booking.com. It says “pet friendly, charges may apply.” No mention of weight or size of dog. Where as I did see another person there with a Husky. Husky being only a little smaller than my dog, yet still exceeding his “Pet Policy weight” refused to allow us to book another night. Essentially kicking us out of the room. We were there to get my 78 year old mother seen at the Naval Medical on Camp Pendleton. Not sure what policy or kind of person one has to be to kick out paying customers with an elderly parent. Karma comes back around full circle eventually. Needless to say. After the treatment more than the condition of the room. I will not recommend anyone stay there nor would I even accept anything from them. For sure the most horrible experience ever dealing with a lodging business. Highly recommend management find someone who is happy to wake up and deal with customers. Not hire someone who is angry with their life or life choices and have that person take it out on their patrons. I do hope the owner &Management can find success with their business. Takes the right kind of team to make it happen. Sincerely. One Customer That’s Never Coming Back.
