Pettiness

Disliked: They completely ignored a harmless request to do a favor and shift the dates of our stay. No cancellation was requested, just change dates without losing money! And the request was caused by a severe winter storm in IA, which nobody could expect and/or control. Such a mindless greed and pettiness. They grabbed a fee for a single night, but lost all other potential fees, because trips are supposed to be regular to this area.

I would stay in this...

Liked: Over all I liked the general atmosphere of the hotel.
Disliked: I was disappointed in the bed and would have liked a comfortable chair for relaxing.
